Hi, I’m Mary Ann, and I’m not an expert on anything.

Woman with red hair taking a selfie in a gym mirror, wearing a black sleeveless shirt and red pants, with tattoos on her arms. Several gym machines and other gym-goers are visible in the background.

Well, except maybe on Grover Cleveland and why he’s my favorite president (don’t get me started!).

I’m not a doctor, dietician, health coach, or influencer. I’m just a one-legged lady trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up.

But let me tell you: I’ve been through some shit. And I’m not talking about baby bird droppings. I’ve waded through waist-deep elephant dung whose smell alone would knock out a grown man. I’m not here to rescue you, but I can walk alongside you and help you find the courage, strength, and resources for you to rescue yourself.

For me, it was Jesus Christ and the carnivore diet: One saved my soul, the other nourished my body. And I’m thriving as a result!
