My Go-To Power Bowl
The meal I probably eat more than any other is my comforting power bowl consisting of precisely two ingredients: ground meat and meat chips. I love this combo for so many reasons!
Fast & easy to prepare
Plenty of food (although I usually don’t have leftovers)
Super satiating
Combination of textures - it’s juicy and crunchy
Helps me “meat” my macro goals for the day
As you can see from the photo gallery below, any combination of ground meat and meat chips makes for a hearty, comforting meal. I love Carnivore Snax and have been a customer even before they were a company - I’m proud to say I contributed to their Kickstarter campaign many moons ago.
I also make my own meat chips, which I encourage you to try. It’s very easy with a dehydrator but you can use the oven as well.

My tip for a perfect pairing: If you have a higher fat ground meat, balance it out with a higher protein chip - and vice versa. For example, ground chicken goes perfectly with ribeye chips but wagyu beef sounds like a great candidate for bison or chicken breast chips.
