Easy Ketovore Ice Cream
This healthy ice cream recipe is easy to customize depending on what you include in your keto or carnivore diet. I make it just as described below, but you may leave out the sweetener if you don’t include those: You’ll find that heavy cream is sweet enough on its own once your taste buds have adjusted to not eating poison.

Ingredients
Heavy cream, preferably raw
1 egg yolk
Protein powder (I use Keto Chow or Equip). The flavor of your protein powder will determine the flavor of your ice cream.
Sweetener (I use powdered monk fruit from Lakanto)
Equipment
Ice cream maker (I have a Ninja Creami)
Blender
This recipe is so simple - throw all the ingredients in a blender and mix them thoroughly. Transfer them to the ice cream container that corresponds with your machine and freeze overnight. Churn them the next morning and enjoy!
I love using Keto Chow for the endless flavor possibilities, not to mention the vitamins, minerals, and protein in each scoop. Feel free to experiment with the protein powder of your choice.
Making ice cream is easy with the Ninja, but any ice cream maker will do the trick! Make sure to freeze the mixture overnight before blending for creamy perfection.
