Ketovore Kit Kat Bars
Just like the other processed poison lining our grocery store shelves, a Kit Kat bar is loaded with added sugars and artificial flavors but lacking any nutritional value. Well, these Ketovore dupes are here to save the day! Not only are they deliciously chocolatey with those creamy and crunchy layers, they are made from only the good stuff: animal fats, protein, and all-natural ingredients. Thanks to the Keto Brick, they also have a blend of dried organs which add nutritional density.
Three layers comprise this bar: Two chocolate layers made from a Keto Brick, and a middle layer using Terri Haas’ amazingly versatile carnivore crumbles. The bars are easy to make but must be assembled over the course of a few days to ensure proper freezing of each layer. A labor of love, to be sure - but worth every bit!

Ingredients
Primal Fudge Keto Brick
1/4 C sweetener - I use Lakanto Monkfruit
1 stick (1/2 C) unsalted butter
1/2 C whole milk powder
Equipment
Silicone chocolate mold
Mixing bowl and spatula
Non-stick frying pan
Directions
Melt the Keto Brick in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring regularly. Stir in the sweetener.
Pour half of the mixture into your silicone chocolate mold and freeze until solid.
Cook the carnivore crumbles: melt butter in non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the whole milk powder and stir constantly until golden brown. Chop into crumbles and layer on top of the chocolate in the mold, using a spoon to press it into a layer. Freeze until solid.
Pour the other half of the melted Keto Brick mixture on top of the cookie crumble layer and freeze until solid. Remove from the mold and enjoy!
After the cookie crumble solidifies overnight, add the final chocolate layer and place back into the freezer.
Finally - a crunchy layered chocolate bar with nutritional benefits to match phenomenal taste!
